POP-Q system for Staging Pelvic Organ Prolapse:

Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification system (POP–Q) refers to an objective, site–specific system for describing, quantifying, and staging pelvic support in women. It provides a standardized tool for documenting, comparing, and communicating clinical findings with
interobserver and intraobserver reliability.The POP–Q system gained the attention of the specialists all over the world, being approved by the International Continence Society (ICS), the American Urogynecologic Society (AUGS), and the Society of Gynecologic Surgeons for the description of female pelvic organ prolapse. It is the most common system used by gynecologists and urogynecologists, although other systems have been devised.
